A suprisingly large number of people go through life without knowing why they are here in the first place. Some don’t even know what having a life purpose means.
Having a purpose is nothing more than doing what gives you energy—that personal energy no supplement, food or rest can give you. The same Energy that makes us feel alive and fullfilled no matter how insignificant the thing we’ve accomplished seems to others.
When we do something and we don’t feel tired doing it, and in fact, we feel even more energetic, that’s a glimpse at our purpose. That’s our passion.
But what is our purpose? How can we find out what our purpose is once and for all? And even if we do WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT?

- Close your eyes.
- Take 20 deep breaths and let your thoughts flow. Whatever thought comes to your mind let it flow, don’t focus on it – focus on your breathing.
- Immediately after, and only after your 20th breath loudly ask yourself – “What is my purpose in life?”
- Take a piece of paper and a pen, and write down every idea that pops into your mind, no matter how stupid or childish it sounds.
- Keep writing for 5 minutes, asking yourself “What is my purpose in life?”
- Do this until the answer makes you cry.
