With a forthcoming Bachelor’s in Applied Behavior Science, Lisa combines academic rigor with her passion for helping others achieve their dreams. Her coaching philosophy revolves around the “MEE” process—Motivation, Encouragement, and Education—designed to stimulate personal and social growth. A mother of three and a grandmother, Lisa brings personal life experience and compassion to her coaching. She is an active community member, having served on several non-profit boards including Meals on Wheels and the NAACP. Her work, deeply embedded in her belief in service and empowerment, aims to help clients envision and realize a future filled with purpose and joy.
