How do I onboard my clients?
When you first invite a client, you’ll see their folder in your Client Management tab with the blue button Welcome your Client. Give each client a personalized welcome treatment easily and automatically with our Onboarding Wizard:
- Choose whether you want to send out a Welcome Package. You can customize your own package for this client, or chooser our default one.
- Choose whether this client will receive Coaching plans before each session or not.
- Write out a welcome message to greet your client.
Press Welcome your client, and you are done! Your client will get your welcome package including your coaching agreement automatically if you chose to send it, as well as your welcome letter. Great job!
