How do I invite or import my existing clients, prospective clients and others to coach with me?
You can easily invite other people to coach with you. You can also import pre-existing clients.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to invite or import your clients.
A. Inviting/importing your clients if they will pay using the LCH system
You can bill your clients securely through your own personal, branded shop.
1. If you want your client to purchase a specific coaching offering or course you have created
Click on the orange button “Invite your clients” on the Welcome page of the dashboard. Then select the option “I’d like to invite a client, and they’ll pay securely through my Shop.” This will send a link to the offering you choose in your Shop. (You need to have set up a coaching offering or course first in the Bililng area).
2. If you want to import your client list now, and send out invitations to your specific offerings later
If you just want to add your clients and have them pay or be registered directly later, choose “Add as an inactive client to invite later to a specific offering.” The client will receive an email telling them you have imported them, and giving their password (which they will be able to change) and a link to to login page. They will be automatically registered on your site, but not into any of your courses or coaching offerings. Your clients will login from your own branded login page. They will be able to view your offerings in your own branded Shop. **Only follow this step if your clients have not already registered on your site.
B. Importing/Inviting your clients if you will bill outside the LCH system
If you want the client to pay you outside the system (or be pro bono) and add them DIRECTLY without payment, here is what you do. In this scenario, you do not send them to your Shop to purchase the coaching; they are added automatically.

1. If the client is brand new and has not registered on the site: Import button
Click the orange button “IMPORT your clients” on the Welcome page of the dashboard. Enter the client’s details.
a) If you want to add them directly to a specific course or coaching, choose the option that says “Add to an existing coaching offering or course.” (You need to have set up a coaching offering or course first in the Bililng area). This will send the client an email with a link to click that take them to your login page. After they login, they will be automatically registered with an account with on your site. They will also be registered in the coaching/course you have selected. The page “Activate your Coaching” will open up for them in their dashboard, where they can read your Welcome Letter, fill out any forms, and agree to your agreement.
b) If you just want to add the client as an ongoing client without the constraints of a program or specific length of time, choose “Add as an ongoing coaching client.” You do NOT have to set up a coaching offering first. This will send the client an email with a link to click that take them to your login page. After they login, they will be automatically registered with an account on your site. They will also be automatically registered with you an ongoing coaching client. The page “Activate your Coaching” will open up for them in their dashboard, where they can read your Welcome Letter, fill out any forms, and agree to your agreement.
c) If you just want to add them and have them pay or be registered directly later, choose “Add as an inactive client to invite later to a specific offering.” The client will receive an email telling them you have imported them, and giving their password (which they will be able to change) and a link to to login page. They will be automatically registered on the site, but not added into any of your courses or coaching offerings.
2. If the client was previously a client or course member in the system: Invite button
This means they will have already registered at some point and their name shows up in Active clients, Inactive clients or Prospects.

a) If you want to add them directly to a specific course or coaching, choose the option that says “I’d like to add the client directly to one of my current courses of coaching offerings”. (You need to have set up a coaching offering or course first in the Bililng area). This will send the client an email with a link to click that take them to your login page. After they login, they will be automatically registered in the coaching/course and the page “Activate your Coaching” will open up for them, where they can read your Welcome Letter, fill out any forms, and agree to your agreement.
b) If you just want to add the client as an ongoing client without the constraints of a program or specific length of time, choose “I’d like to add the client directly as an ongoing client, not associated with any specific offering.” This will send the client an email with a link to click that take them to your login page. After they login, they will be automatically registered as an ongoing coaching client and the page “Activate your Coaching” will open up for them, where they can read your Welcome Letter, fill out any forms, and agree to your agreement.
3. If you are aware that the client has already registered on your site for some reason, even if they are not a previous client
It is possible for a client to register for an account by visiting your login page independently. If you know they have done this, then they will already have an account. Follow the instructions in #2 a or b
