What is a Life Coach and What Does a Life Coach Do Anyway?
A life coach can help you reach higher than ever before
When most people think of coaching, they think of some painful, drawn out, expensive process that’s going to give them a bunch of worthless handouts and never really help them.
A life coach gets paid for results
The truth is, coaches get paid for results. The fees they charge often reflect the kind of results they are use to getting. You don’t charge $1,000 for a $1 solution. You charge what the solution is actually worth — or you won’t be in business very long.
And most coaches offer a range of prices and solutions because they truly desire to help. It doesn’t do the coach any good to have a hard drive full of useful tools, if they aren’t helping anybody. So, the cost really is set to make coaching be as beneficial as possible to the coachee.
A life coach encourages the best parts of who you are
Coaching is a methodology of drawing the bad habits and thought processes out of your life and encouraging the best parts of who you are.

Numerous studies have proven that simply by being more true to our natural self we have less stress, better health, and are better with things like work and money. Coaching isn’t voodoo or a pep talk. It’s based in behavioral psychology, neuro-linguistics, and a whole lot of other methodologies that help people make real changes in their lives.
For you, the beauty of coaching is that you can have a professional to guide the process for you. All you have to do is show up, do the homework, answer honestly, and start to see the changes in how you interact with the world change.
A life coach will make you grown, but will never quit on you
Yes, there will be hard work on your part. You’ll feel lots of emotions as you discover what’s driving you to repeat the same limiting patterns over and over again. You’ll have good days when you get lots of growth accomplished, and bad days where you’ll avoid your coach’s call. But your coach will stick by you and help you and never quit on you – and won’t let YOU quit on you.
And when you reach that breakthrough – when you are finally free of that crippling behavior pattern – and your life doesn’t have that hurt or hangup anymore – when you are finally free……
What’s that worth to you?
What’s that worth? How will your life be? What’s that look like and feel to you? Can you imagine yourself finally truly being free from that worry or issue? Can you feel the relief as just the thought of it causes the stress to drain off?
And we’re only beginning. How much more wonderful will it feel when you’ve accomplished your coaching goals and dreams?
