Trust activities: Who do you trust?
One of the many resources I use when coaching is ‘the circle of trust’.
So many people get upset when relatives or friends do not act in the way they think they should. By creating a circle of trust you begin to see where relationships fit and create a circle of trust around you.
Steps to creating a circle of trust
- Draw a circle and then circles around the circle going outwards. Your inner circle should always have you in the middle. Look at all the people around you and begin to place them around you in the circles according to how much you trust them.
- You should end up with a small group in the middle with you, and then others will appear in circles according to how you place them. This means that you now know who you trust and the others you can have relationships with knowing how they fit into your life.
- Check the circle from time to time. People change, life changes and your circle with change.
